WHY Coaching
A focused engagement based on Simon Sinek's Start With Why framework.
WHY Coaching is a focused, single-session engagement that helps a leader articulate their personal WHY - the principle that explains how they decide, lead, and contribute.
The session is approximately two and a half hours and follows the framework popularized by Simon Sinek's Start With Why.
The outcome is a written WHY statement - a single sentence that captures the leader's core purpose.
For some leaders, this becomes a reference point for major decisions. For others, a clarifying lens that brings consistency across team, family, and personal contexts.
Executive Coaching
Periodic one-to-one engagement for senior leaders, ongoing as needed.
Executive Coaching at Talent Project is a sustained engagement for senior leaders. Sessions focus on the specific questions a leader faces in role - decisions to be made, relationships to navigate, transitions to plan.
The work draws on three integrated bodies of practice: the Co-Active coaching methodology, deep knowledge of how senior leaders are assessed and developed, and three decades of management consulting experience.
The conversation can move between these as the work requires. The methodology gives it form. The judgment behind it comes from the work itself.
The engagement is periodic and continuous - not a course with a fixed duration. As long as the conversations remain useful to the leader, they continue.
Organizations include coaching within leadership development programs, succession transitions, or as a complement to a senior appointment.
Senior leaders and founders also engage us directly. The work is the same, the confidentiality holds in either case.
