Talent Project is an executive search and leadership advisory firm based in Istanbul, serving organizations across Türkiye, Europe, and CIS countries. The work covers leadership decisions at the most senior levels - executive search, leadership assessment, leadership development, and coaching.
Organizations come to Talent Project when they want the strategic depth and intellectual rigor of the largest global firms but with a different working model. Senior practitioners stay on the work end to end. The agility to move between disciplines as the work requires has been, for many clients, the unexpected value.

Pınar founded Talent Project on something she had observed throughout her career: that working across executive search, leadership assessment, and development, all fundamentally about leadership, deepens and sharpens each. An advisor who carries all three can shift perspective when the work calls for it.
Her career spans more than three decades in management consulting and executive advisory. She spent over 20 years at a leading international executive search firm, serving as Partner for the last 13. Her work has covered nearly every sector and function, with particular depth in CEO and board-level appointments, leadership team assessment, and the development of senior leaders facing complex transitions.
Pınar holds a master's in European Union Studies and a bachelor's in business administration from Marmara University. She completed Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting at Cornell University, and Executive Coaching program at the University of Cambridge. She is a Certified WHY Coach (Why School / Simon Sinek) and a Co-Active Coach. Her passion and commitment is to people's careers as much as to the organizations they lead.

Emre brings more than three decades of management consulting to Talent Project. His work has integrated executive search, leadership assessment, organizational development, and business transformation - precisely the disciplines that come together in Talent Project's practice. He holds a bachelor's in business administration from Marmara University.
Across more than 500 consulting engagements, his work has covered almost every major sector and has included several web-based businesses as well as the localization of global executive search and leadership development tools and methodologies for the Turkish market.
His expertise extends into business and digital transformation, organizational development, business process design, and integrated talent management systems. Earlier in his career he developed comprehensive business application platforms used in senior consulting practice. He has delivered more than 400 training sessions to develop consulting teams at all seniorities.
Outside work, Emre is a marathon and ultra-marathon runner, and a longtime volunteer coach with Adım Adım, the Turkish charitable running movement.
